Dave Skogen – CEO

Dave is responsible for developing and implementing Global’s strategic goals and objectives, providing direction and leadership to Global’s management team and managing the overall operations and resources of the Company to achieve the Company’s stated mission and operational and financial goals.  

Chris Doyle – Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Chris is responsible for managing the national sales organization, strengthening existing national distribution agreements with Kroger, Inc. ACE Cash Express, Inc. and the Western Union Company. In addition, Chris oversees expansion efforts of Global Connection’s independent agent channel, consisting of 1,100 payment centers, several large regional check cashing operations, as well as the Latino markets.

Ed Smith – Vice President of Finance

Ed is responsible for day to day accounting and financial management including managing cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. Ed is also responsible for the integration of operational and IT directives with the company’s financial and internal auditing processes and serves as the primary liaison with the company’s outside auditing firm and banking relationships.

Angela Briggs – Paralegal

Angela is responsible for regulatory compliance with the Public Service Commissions and Secretaries of State in all the states where Global Connection is certified to provide telecommunications service.

Issa Elkhoury – Director of Administration

Issa is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of Global’s office operations, he oversees a number of departments including human resources, customer service, provisioning and collections. Issa implements organizational strategies & policies and plans the use of materials and human resources including: payroll processing; employee benefit plan negotiations, employee recruitment, hiring, evaluations and workplace safety.

Max Kantor - Senior Software Chief Architect

Max is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, testing and analysis of software applications to meet enterprise-wide business and user needs. He directs activities of the software engineering management and staff, monitors industry best practices and advances in methods of software engineering. His leadership responsibilities include system architecture definition, system specification, design, command and control flow diagrams, cross-functional leadership, subcontract management, vendor relations, debug and validation management, and customer facing roles.
